SGCB Buffing Pad Orange Ø75 mm

The SGCB Buffing Pad Orange Ø75 mm is a medium-firmness compact polishing foam designed for dual action (DA) polishers. It is used for restorative polishing of paintwork and effectively removes medium-level defects and damage on hard and medium-hardness clear coats.

The pad is made of open-cell polyurethane foam, which ensures even distribution of polishing compound and stable performance on the surface. This structure reduces heat buildup and protects the surface from overheating during extended use.

The 20 mm profile height and rounded edges ensure safe and controlled operation even on complex surfaces, while the center hole improves heat dissipation and facilitates the effective expulsion of used compound and hot air.

The durable Velcro backing ensures a firm attachment to the polisher’s backing plate and reliable use. After use, the pad is easily cleaned with compressed air or water and is ready for reuse.
