SGCB Buffing Pad Blue Ø125 mm

The SGCB Buffing Pad Blue Ø125 mm is a soft polishing foam pad designed for eccentric (DA) polishing machines. It is used for final surface finishing and for removing minor scratches and insignificant defects from the paintwork.

The pad is made of soft open-cell polyurethane foam, which ensures even distribution of polishing paste and effective performance on the surface. This structure reduces heat buildup and protects the paint surface from overheating.

The 20 mm profile height and rounded edges ensure safe operation even on parts with complex geometries, while the central hole improves heat dissipation and facilitates the effective removal of used paste and hot air during prolonged use.

The durable Velcro attachment ensures a firm fixation to the eccentric polishing machine’s disc and stable use. After use, the pad is easily cleaned with compressed air or water and is ready for reuse.
