SGCB Wool Finishing Pad Ø150 mm

The SGCB Wool Finishing Pad Ø150 mm is a soft wool finishing disc designed for both rotary and dual-action (DA) polishers. It is used to remove fine holograms, swirl marks, and minor defects from paint surfaces.

The pad consists of 18 mm long, densely packed wool fibers mounted on a 10 mm thick cellular foam base. This base cushions uneven pressure, reduces the risk of deep scratches on the surface, and maintains a stable shape during operation.

Wool pads tend to heat up more during use, so the base also serves a heat dissipation function. The center hole ensures the effective expulsion of hot air and spent compound, which is particularly important during long polishing sessions and protects the surface from overheating.

The durable Velcro backing ensures a secure attachment to the polisher’s backing plate and stable operation. After use, the pad should be cleaned with compressed air, washed with water, and dried completely, after which it is ready for reuse.
